Children Policy
- Under 5 years old: Free of charge when accompanied by 1 adult.
- Ages 5 to under 10 years old: 50% of the adult price when accompanied by 1 adult.
- Ages 10 to 13 years old: 70% of the adult price when accompanied by 1 adult.
- Ages 13 years and older: Full adult price.
Cancellation Policy
- Should you (the client) choose to cancel a booking, Cào Cào Adventures must be notified in writing or by email.
The following cancellation fees apply for our day tours:
- More than 7 days before departure, full refund of deposit.
- From 5 to 7 days before departure, non-refund deposit or 30% of total tour cost.
- From 2 to 4 days before departure, non-refund deposit or 50% of total tour cost
- Under 48 hours before the tour starts, 100% of all payments made.
- Late to the starting point of the tour for whatever reason is a cancellation and will result in a loss of all payments made.
- No refund will be made should you voluntarily leave a tour early for any reason.
