  • Ages 13 years and older: Full adult price.

Cancellation Policy

  • Should you (the client) choose to cancel a booking, Cào Cào Adventures must be notified in writing or by email. 

The following cancellation fees apply for our day tours:

  • More than 7 days before departure, full refund of deposit.
  • From 5 to 7 days before departure, non-refund deposit or 30% of total tour cost.
  • From 2 to 4 days before departure, non-refund deposit or 50% of total tour cost
  • Under 48 hours before the tour starts, 100% of all payments made.
  • Late to the starting point of the tour for whatever reason is a cancellation and will result in a loss of all payments made.
  • No refund will be made should you voluntarily leave a tour early for any reason.
