- We understand that travel plans can change. Please notify Cào Cào Adventures in writing or by email if you wish to cancel. The following fees apply to day tours:

| 3 - 6 days before departure | Non-refundable deposit or 50% of total tour cost |
| Less than 3 days before departure | 100% of all payments forfeited |
Arriving late at the meeting point will be considered a cancellation and no refunds will apply
No refund will be given if you voluntarily leave the tour early, including cases where you are unable to ride at the required level
In some cases, the deposit may equal the full tour price
